2 to 3 tablespoons of oil
2 cups white rice
1 fresh tomato
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon chicken bullion
in a large skillet combine rice and oil stir till golden
dice tomato and add to mix
add chicken, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and bullion
bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat cook on low for 15 min
