Neiman Marcus Cake

BOTTOM LAYER:
2 eggs
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter, melted
Grease shallow sheet cake pan. Combine cake mix, eggs and butter. Stir in pecans. Mixture will be very thick and hard to mix. Spread mixture in even layer in pan.

TOP LAYER:
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese, eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in powdered sugar. Mix well. Spread mixture over bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cut into squares when cooled.
