Pecan Pie Cupcakes


1 cup chopped pecan
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spray two miniature muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Fill each 3/4 full.
Bake in preheated oven for approx. 18 minutes.

24 miniature cupcakes
