Baked Spaghetti


16oz spaghetti noodles, cooked
48oz spaghetti sauce, your favorite kind
2lbs hamburger, browned
1/4c butter
1/4c flour
1/4c parmesan cheese
2t salt
1/2t garlic powder
12oz evaporated milk
3c sharp cheddar cheese, grated and divided

Combine noodles, sauce and beef in large bowl. melt butter over medium heat in a pan, add flour, parmesan, salt, garlic powder and stir constantly until smooth and bubbly. add evaporated milk and one cup of cheese, stir until thickened and melted. pour half the noodle/meat mixture into a greased 13x9 pan and pour cheese sauce evenly over top. top with remaining noodle/meat mixture. top with remaining 2c of cheese. bake 350 for 25-30min.
