Zucchini Alfredo


12oz egg noodles
3T veg oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cup zucchini grated
1/2 cup milk
4 oz cream cheese, soft and cubed
1/2cup chopped or torn fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese

cook noodles according to pkg. drain.
heat oil in skillet and stir in garlic..cook for 2 min over med heat. mix in zucchini and cook for 10 min until some moisture has come out and evaporated. pour in milk and cream cheese until melted. mix in basil. season to taste and sprinkle with cheese. serve over pasta.
