Strawberry Shortcake


2c flour
1c sugar
1/3c butter, melted
1/2 tsp baking soda
1c buttermilk
2T sugar
1T flour

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, use a spoon to combine flour, sugar, butter, soda and buttermilk. Pour into greased 9x9 pan. Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle over top. Bake 30-35min. Serve with strawberries and whip cream! GOOD!
