Butterscotch Granola


10 cups oatmeal
2 pkgs graham crackers, crushed
2c coconut
1c pecans, chopped
3/4c brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2c butter, melted
1c mini butterscotch chips

preheat oven to 300. Grease a large baking dish. Mix all dry ingredients, except chips. Add melted butter. Toss to coat. Spread out onto cookie sheet and bake 40min. Stirring every 10min. Add chips last few minutes before removing from oven. Stir. Let cool then store in airtight container. (you can easily half this recipe)
