Fast Pumpkin Pie


16oz pumpkin puree, not pie filling
14oz sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pie shell...make your own or pre-made, it's your choice

Combine first five ingredients and blend well. Pour into crust lined pan. Bake 375 for 50-55 minutes. Let cool and then chill overnight for best flavor.
