Broccoli Cornbread


2 sticks melted butter
2 pkgs jiffy corn bread mix
1 pkg chopped broccoli, thawed but not drained
1 small onion, chopped fine
12oz cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1c grated chedder cheese

mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a greased 13x9 pan. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
