Blueberry Cream Muffins

4 eggs
2c sugar
1c oil
1tsp vanilla
4c flour
1tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
16oz sour cream
2c blueberries

Beat eggs, add sugar. Add oil and vanilla. Add sour cream. Mix dry ingredients together, then add. Don't over mix. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into lined muffins cups or grease muffin pan. bake 400 for 20min. makes about 30.
