Baked Chicken


1c milk
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet. In a shallow dish, whisk milk and egg together. In a separate shallow dish, combine potato chips, cheese, basil, and salt. Dip chicken breasts in milk mixture; dredge in potato chip mixture. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.
