- 3 cups half and half
1/4c sugar
2 cups cooked rice...NOT minute rice!
2Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a pan. Simmer for 20-30minutes or until thick. Pour into 4 or 5 small custard cup. Chill, covered with plastic wrap.
I sprinkle a little cinnamon on top before serving.
