4 cups cooked rice
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups sour cream
Directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
