Frozen Fruit Pops


 1 banana
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries and juice, thawed
1/2 (8 oz.) can pineapple, tidbits in light syrup
1/4 c.  coconut milk
Mash banana and strawberries. Add pineapple, syrup and milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour into popsicle mold and freeze.
(I double this and put all into the blender...puree lightly and pour into molds)
