Crock Pot Apple Pie Oatmeal


Serves 9 (unless you have boys....lol)

1 1/2 cup steel cut oats
6 cups water
1 1/2 cup applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 pinches cloves
sweetener to taste (I used about 4 tablespoon maple syrup)

The night before: Spray your crock with some oil to help clean up later. Add oats, water and applesauce. Cook on low 7-9 hrs. Stir in the morning, then add spices and syrup. Stir again and then serve.
