King Ranch Chicken


1/4c butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
2 cans rotel tomatoes
3c cooked and diced chicken
12 corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces
2c grated chedder cheese

preheat oven to 325
saute pepper and onion in butter until soft. add soups, chicken and rotel, stir well. alternate in a 13x9 pan the chicken mixture, tortillas and cheese. make three layers ending with cheese. bake for 40min.
