The Best Cornbread


2c cornmeal
2c flour
1c sugar
2T baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2c milk
1c oil
5 eggs, beaten

mix dry ingredients in a bowl. in a seperate bowl mix wet ingredients. blend together, adding dry to wet. stir to just moistened, will be some lumps left. pour into a greased 13x9 and bake 40-45 min at 350.
