Rich Butter Cake


16oz pound cake mix
1/2c butter, soft
5 eggs
2c powdered sugar, divided
1 8oz pkg cream cheese and 1 3oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2tsp vanilla
1c chopped walnuts or pecans

In a bowl combine cake mix, butter and 3 eggs until smooth. Spread into a greased 13x9 pan. Set aside 2T of pwd sugar for top. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, vanilla nd remaining sugar until smooth. Beat in remaining eggs, pour over batter. Spinkle walnuts on top. Bake 350 for 35-40min. Cool completely and then dust with reserved pwd sugar. Store in refrigerator.
