Easy Dinner Rolls


1 9oz yellow jiffy cake mix
1 pkg yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4c hot tap water
2 1/2-3c flour

combine cake mix, yeast and salt. add water and flour to make a soft dough. dough will be sticky. cover and let rise until double about 1-2 hrs. stir down dough, put on well floured counter. knead a couple times, shape into desired sized rolls and place on greased cookie sheet or 9x13 pan, or shape into balls and put into muffin tin. cover and let rise to double about an hour. bake 400 for 10-15min.
makes 15-18 rolls.
