Beer Bread


3 cups self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 12 oz. can beer

Mix ingredients well. Butter and lightly flour two 6x3-inch loaf pans. Fill pans with batter.
Put pans in cold oven and set temperature to 350°F.

Bake for 75 minutes or until done. Crust will be crisp
