Yummy Sweet Potatoes


5 to 6 large sweet potatoes
½ cup butter
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup real maple syrup
¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and cool to touch. Peel. Chop into small pieces and put into a 9x13 pan. Melt butter and add orange juice and maple syrup, stir. Drizzle this over the sweet potatoes and stir it up to mix it up. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the top and bake at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes or until it is hot and bubbly.
