Blueberry Jam Topping



1/2c sugar
2Tbsp cornstarch
1c water
4c blueberries

in a large pan combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir to combine, then add water...mix until smooth. Add berries. Bring to boil over medium heat, cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat. Serve over pancakes or waffles, or even ice cream :)
