Microwave Snickers Caramels


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe dish.
  • Cook 6 minutes, stirring every two minutes.
  • Add:  1/2c mini chocolate chips and 1/2c chopped peanuts.
  • Stir and pour into lightly greased 9x13 dish.
  • Let cool.
  • Cut, wrap in wax paper & store in air tight container.
