Mix together:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Make sure you combine these ingredients until they are thoroughly mixed together. Then add 1 1/2 T. cooking oil and 1 cup boiling water. Mix and knead until you have a nice smooth ball of dough. Use! Store in airtight container!
