Breakfast Couscous


2 Cups Water
1 Cup Milk (any type of milk works)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Couscous
1/2 Cup Dates, chopped
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Accompaniments: honey, nuts, raisins

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the water, milk, and salt and bring to a boil.
2. Stir in the couscous, dates, and cinnamon. Cover and turn off heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
3. Serve.
