Caramel Apples

10 Green and Red Apples
2 bags of caramel bits
1/2 stick butter
1/2 can condensed milk
1c peanuts, crushed
1c mini chocolate chips
white candy bark, melted

Melt the caramel bits, butter and condensed milk in  a bowl until smooth.  Dip apples in.  Let sit for 30min. Dip apples again.  Let sit again for 30min.  Roll in peanuts and mini chocolate chips.  Drizzle with chocolate.
