Rice Breakfast


1 large apple, chopped and peeled
1/4c coconut oil, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2c rice
1/2c maple syrup
1 2/3c water

Combine all ingredients in a large pan or rice cooker and Cook, covered according to rice directions on bag or for cooker. Stir once after 10min of cooking and then finish as directed.
