Peach Cake


3/4c cold butter
1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 egg yolks
16oz sour cream
29oz sliced peaches, drained
1/2tsp cinnamon
8oz cool whip, thawed

In a large bowl cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Pat into greased 13x9 pan. In anothe bowl beat yolks, add sour cream until smooth. Set aside 6-8 peache slices for garnish. cut remaining peaches into 1in pieces. stir into sour cream mixture and spread over crust. sprinkle with cinnamon. bake 350 for 25-30 min. spread cool whip over once completely cooled, top with reserved peach slices. store in refrigerator.
