Gluten Free Chicken Tenders

10 Chicken Strips
1/2 cup, Gluten Free Flour
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Hot Sauce (Tobasco)
1/4 cup Organic Butter
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

Mix the flour, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl. Coat the chicken strips in flour mixture. Fry in coconut oil until done. Remove from pan, then add tabasco and butter to melt together. Add chicken back to pan and toss to coat.
