Homemade Bisquick Mix with Oil NOT Shortening!

4½ cups all purpose flour
4 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons Canola oil

Whisk everything together, either by hand or with a mixer.
Store this mixture in an airtight container (at room temperature) for up to 6 weeks.
