Pineapple Cake

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 t baking soda
¼ t salt
2 eggs
1 cup real maple syrup
1 t vanilla
1- 20oz can crushed pineapple

In a large bowl combine flour, soda and salt.  Mix to combine.  Add remaining ingredients and mix until all is combined well.  Pour into a greased 9x13. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
