Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
A pint of cherry tomatoes some olive oil sea salt cracked pepper
Toss all on a rimmed cookie sheet. Roast at 450 for 20min. They will burst and caramelize. Sooooooooooo good! I could have just eaten those. They tasted like soup.
