Caramel Sauce


1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Heat all ingredient to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Serve over ice cream!
